- Reconciling = warehouses × hours per warehouse × SAR 50 per hour
- Searching = orders per day × 26 working days × minutes per order ÷ 60 × SAR 35 per hour
- Lost transfers = transfers per month × SAR 4,000 average transfer value
- Write-off = inventory value × % written off per year ÷ 12
- Stock not found = orders per day × 26 × % hit × SAR 120 per affected order (re-pick, split shipment, delay)

Yes. WarehouseOS runs any number of warehouses in one system with one live stock view. Transfers between warehouses stay visible while in transit until they are received, and you can search one SKU, batch or serial number across every site at once.
Does WarehouseOS track stock down to the bin and serial number?
Yes. Every unit is stored against an exact bin, and batch, expiry and serial numbers are captured when goods are received and scanned at every move. You can zoom from all warehouses down to one bin and one serial number, and see that item's complete movement history.
How does WarehouseOS keep inventory accurate?
WarehouseOS uses scan-confirmed receiving, putaway and picking, so the system changes only when a scan confirms the move. Cycle counts flag variances, and units found in a neighbouring bin are suggested for relocation rather than write-off. Every adjustment needs an authorised approval and is recorded.
How does WarehouseOS handle expiry and batches?
WarehouseOS tracks expiry by batch and picks the earliest-expiring batch first (FEFO). Batches nearing expiry are flagged in advance by warehouse, so you can move or sell them before they become write-offs, and you can locate every unit of a batch instantly if it is recalled.
Does WarehouseOS meet Saudi requirements such as ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. WarehouseOS raises ZATCA-compliant e-invoices from dispatched orders and supports batch, expiry and serial traceability for SFDA-regulated goods, with VAT applied on every transaction.
Does WarehouseOS work with our ERP and online store?
